Behind the Lens

Meet Karlye, the woman behind the lens.

While doing most of her lifestyle work in Montgomery Co. + surrounding areas, she also works as a Freelance Photojournalist, local reporter, and is a writer and author.

After falling in love with landscape photography in 2018, selling prints to magazines + individually for businesses; she quickly stepped out to work full time for lifestyle family, couples and kids minis in late 2020. Over the years she has grown her business and works in various outlets doing newborn sessions, weddings, events, and volunteer bereavement photography in her free hours on call.

When asked what her "drive" is, Karlye says " I hope that through my little biz that I am able to provide my clients with fun experiences in their sessions + captured memories, ones that can be kept in their wallets, shown off, and hung up on the walls of their homes to be cherished for years to come; overall, I seek to share the joy and hope that I’ve found in Jesus Christ."
